Your Pupdrobe order is shipped using an overnight courier service so should be with you the day after it is dispatched from Pupdrobe HQ.

All of our items are handmade to order. This means turnaround can be up to 10 working days. Usually it is much less than this but at busy times we can use the full turnaround period.
